I am a little surprised that the good Nevada Democrats are whining so much about the President’s remarks on Vegas. Shouldn’t the people who repeatedly sent Harry Reid to the Senate be a little more introspective and focus more on why the President hates them so much? Surely they have done something to deserve it?
On a more serious note, do you think Progressives like Obama are actually capable of viewing the American electorate as anything other than a caricature? As a herd that needs to be chastened, controlled and directed? On the contrary, unlike the US Congress and the executive branch, most Americans get the "belt-tightening" idea quite well.
